What Our Tech Does

We vacuum your pool.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We verify your swimming pool cleaner operation.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We brush your pool (steps, walls, tiles).

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We net your pool.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We check your pool equipment.

We test your pool water and apply minerals and chemicals to keep your water in peak condition.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

What the Pool Owner Does

Maintain correct water level.

Keep the pool equipment working and approve repairs when necessary.

Report to us any findings of swimming pool issues.

Notes

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

There could be extra startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Monthly plan cost is based on a four week billing cycle.

You will need a Stabilizer Treatment

Seasonal filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are compulsory for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, boost the stabilizer and remove phosphates. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings starts at $69 each quarter for those on a weekly plan.
